This month Leilah:
- has had a huge sleep regression over all. Many nights of waking every 3 hours, some nights of waking every hour or two, with one weird and wonderful night of sleeping all through the night!
- been sick with a cold and cough
- started crawling higher (not just army crawl) sometimes
- loved playing with her big brother (chasing each other around the island, peek a boo, etc)
- Ate, ate, and ate some more. So much food. Hummus, yogurt, cheese, eggs, chicken, guac, Cheerios, berries, potatoes, squash, bread, rice, pasta, and more!
- has four teeth (maybe one more cutting through)
- loves dance parties
- is ticklish (which her brother loves to show everyone)
- celebrated her first Hanukkah. She loved time with cousins and Nana and Papa.
- plays with lots of toys, but doesn't have a favorite yet.
- loved being walked around everywhere holding on to our two fingers
- liked petting Charlie dog and giggled lots when we barked with him
- celebrated her first Christmas at home just the four of us on Xmas Eve and with the Richardson’s on Xmas night.
- had fun playing with best bud Odin
- had a few days with just mom and dad while Micah went to Grammas house
- had lots more time with Micah while he had vacation from school
- went on a long road trip for a week vacation to Sunriver, Oregon with the Richardson’s and Allee’s. Loved climbing up the stairs at the house and liked being in the snow and in the new backpacking backpack. Got to meet cousins Megan, Greg, and Sawyer.
- started letting Daddy sway with her and shush her to get her to go to sleep.
- is saying sounds that sound really close to the words "Micah" "dog" "all done" and "more"
