Staring at the Menu 4/31 #sol17

Staring at the menu at Chaco Canyon Organic Café is positively overwhelming. Now that I am egg free dairy free, finding a place out for breakfast food is usually near impossible. If we do go out there is usually one option for me to choose from or I have to ask sheepishly if their items are made with egg or butter and most likely hear a yes response. But at Chaco Canyon…everything is vegan! There are so many choices that it is too hard to decide!

Artichoke melt

Salads and Sandwiches

I’ve now been there three times in three weeks. Today I finally land on an almond milk chai latte and a vegan breakfast burrito. Pure ecstasy.  Satisfaction in each bite. Plus I can snag a vegan pastry on my way out.
