My wish list this year has really pricey items, so I'm not expecting to get many of these things (hey...it is a wish list after all!). A lot of these items may surprise you, but remember our budget is currently teensy weensy due to our Remodel and new Baby! You also may think that I might answer the question, what should I get for the new mom in my life? My answer, as witnessed below, would be something non-mommy related (or at least something that totally can function as a mommy gift, but is not obviously so. It needs to serve multiple purposes like my numbers 1, 2, 4, 5, 6, and 11 could do!).
1. An iPhone (you are shocked, I know, to find out that I don't have a smart phone yet. Truth is I do have one, but I'm too cheap to pay for it, so it's an iPhone without the phone function and with most everything else only working with free wifi spots! Basically, it's a glorified tiny camera so I don't have to lug my DSLR around everywhere. I never said I wasn't semi-ghetto!)
2. New computer: Mac or Mac mini (I finally have had it with PCs. It just seems to make more sense since I now have a pseudo-iPhone, an iPad, & Phil has an iPhone...that does work. Plus Macs are just so pretty!)
3. USB connector for the TV (I don't know how we haven't just bought this for ourselves yet, but it would be super awesome since we only pay for about 13 channels, we watch a bunch of Hulu, and yet we have this ginormous flat screen!)
4. 50mm lens (As I mentioned in my early Hanukkah gift post, I love this for the quality of people pictures and how it can enhance my blog.)
5. Vitamix (my parents have one and oh wow! It is so easy to make awesome smoothies and soups, but the best part is how easy it is to clean!)
6. silhouette cameo & all of the starter kits for tools and materials to go with (wouldn't it be awesome to not just get organized on the cheap, but Also make everything pretty too?)
7. Tea kettle (again..how do I not have this yet!? I don't know why I didn't register for one for our wedding)
8. Anything SFGiants (ok, not anything, but most of the official women's wear is pretty cute)
9. Blog conference (like Bloggy Boot Camp in Arizona in April)
10. Terrariums (so, this is a super easy DIY project and its on my list, but that doesn't mean that I wouldn't love to receive one without doing it myself!
11. Plane tickets (Hawaii, st. Croix, Boston, Chicago, San Diego, Denver, anywhere sunny!)
12. Kenny Chesney concert tickets (this seems to be a no brainier! I may be a mom, but a girls still gotta be a girl every now and then!)
